MY specific questions are:
1. Has anyone used this matrix to determine when a customer should be notified of a change?
2. How is the matrix to be used? It seems self explanatory but when you try to use it the logic is not there.
3. Is there any training one could go to gain a better understanding.
4. In general, I wanted to verbally talk to someone who has used this matrix so ask the million or so questions I have.
