in another way. We have discussed org charts,
procedures and such, but what about people knowing
what they are responsible for knowing and
following?
•Typically this is done during employee training. But - right now we're implementing. How do we know who is responsible for knowing about what and who is responsible for what systems.
•The following slides
are from an old implementation, however they
may serve to illustrate tracking a large implementation
project.
