•Most companies establish a management committee (Steering Committee) to ensure buy-in and to ensure communication. No one likes dictates and surprises in an implementation project.
•Obviously if there are only 25 employees in your company a committee may not make sense. However, this does not
reduce the necessity to appropriately (we must use common sense here) communicate with employees
to ensure everyone has a chance to buy into the
process, provide inputs and to respond
to outputs.
