Quality
Management System Implementation
Internal Audits
•You must complete at least 1 full round of internal audits prior to your registration. In addition, you have to show at least one
example of where a nonconformance was identified
and corrected. You must also show where you verified the effectiveness of the corrective action.
•Drive
your implementation through Internal Audits.
•You can use internal
audits as a method of training departmental managers and
others. As you go through the audit, you explain the basics of that person’s responsibilities with respect to
ISO 9001. You can also explain the basics
of ISO 9001, go over the Quality Policy, etc.
•These internal audits
may prove to be long and problematic. This should be expected because employees are all learning
about ISO 9001 and the requirements. Sometimes
they’re learning new systems and such as
well.
