Hi, I would like to train workers for their skills development as well as behaviour improvement. Is anybody have any presentation or tips for the same. I would like to do it in very simply manner.

There are two issues in your post.
Skills development:
It is best to get them from your managers / supervisors to your workers as they know best what skills are necessary within your organization.
Behaviour development:
Get some inputs from Here Also subscribe to the free eNewsletter there for lots of inputs.
