I came across "Bachelor of Manufacturing Management (BMM) in Quality Management" provided by University of Minnesota, Crookston and "Bachelor of Science Quality Assurance" by California State University, Dominguez Hills.

These are distance learning (online) courses.

Are these Bachelor degrees are recognized by the industries?? These degrees are good enough for an quality professional with 15+ years of good experience in steel industry but acedemically undergraduate?

Above options were as a result of google search, however, if anyone has other good options, then please recommend.

Thanks in advance.

I am also in a similar situation....and in my opinion, (may be specific to geography/industry-domain i am in)
Yes, a quality degree is better than current status

as per certification or quality degree...
they have medium value/impact; (cause, i dont remember any quality function of major organization being lead by personnel based on experience+certification/quality-degree)

for leadership position in a organization or in the industry, what matters most is the accomplishments (that is little different than experience) viz., research papters & publications , professional membership & active contribution to industry association, etc would count more, yes but with a quality degree they have better foundation i guess. )

so in essence,....
having a degree/certification is highly desirable...but there are other things which count for reaching the top position...
degree will get through short run growth...for long run or final growth there are other ingredients which are essential...
hope this helps....
