Willy, if you do a search on APQP in the "Post Attachments List", you may find some useful checklists. Contract Review is one of the first steps in the (Automotive) APQP process and they use some neat checklists for that purpose. Even though your process may not be automotive related, you usually find some good stuff in the automotive tool box.
