GD&T Symbols: Lost in Translation

I just received a part drawing that originated in Japan. I can't seem to find the GD&T symbols in any of the standards:

Jim - thats a common one, believe it or not. It means 0.15 degrees clockwise from true North using the star Polaris as seen through a broken screen......

My fear is that the slash (/) means "divided by."

I'm not sure, but could the object between the star and the sudoku grid be Van Gogh's missing ear?
