Is There a Revision History or Change Log for Canadian Regulations?

Been checking on the Canadian Medical Device Regulations (SOR/98-282), and notice it says it was last modified 2020-06-19.

The webpage allows you to view previous versions, but as far as I can see, there is no way to know exactly what's changed from version to version.

Does anyone know if there is something like a revision history or change-log so I can tell what's been changed each time the regulation gets updated?

Thanks.

Okay.. not a very nice way but it works:

1. Generate a pdf version for the current regulation (File Prints/Save as pdf)
2. Generate a pdf version for the previous version of the regulation
3. Go to Draftable Online to compare online between the pdfs.

It should look something like this:

Thanks shimonv! That does indeed work (and is a handy free service I was unaware of)!

It appears that the only difference between the current version (2020-06-19) and previous (2019-12-16) is the addition of the "Related Provisions" section at the end.

You're getting a current to message. For example https:// laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-98-282/ (unlinked due to one link limit. Remove space after https://) now gives "Regulations are current to 2020-06-02 and last amended on 2019-12-16".

You can compare the current (2019-12-16) version with any of the previous ones at
SOR/98-282 | Medical Devices Regulations | CanLII
Select any two versions and click compare. Works like a charm.
