AS9100 DELTA FAI - Sub-supplier for plating changed

Hi,

I currently need to do a Delta FAI for a part because the sub-supplier (for plating) changed.
From what I know, I mark up FORM 1 as a partial, with the reason.
On FORM 2 I only list the process/supplier that changed and since there was nothing that changed on FORM 3, no dimensional or note change, do i leave the old FORM 3 as is and submit it with the partial Form 1 & 2?? OR do I submit them with a Form 3 that has nothing on it, because no information was changed to Form 3?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Submit a new form 3 with note that there was no change to previous submission.

That said, there's usually a plating thickness specification on the print that you would measure and report on form 3.
