Acceptable limits for Spills - Tracking Hydraulic Spills

We have defined Hydraulic trucks Spills as Aspect in our ISO 14001 system, facing difficulties in knowing the acceptable limits for Spills ( specifically for tanks and vehicles) can some one share the acceptable limits of Spills. as i cant find references in my local area for the same.

Where are you at? Spill limits are normally set by a regulatory agency and dependent on the material being spilt.

Saudi Arabia, no reference found for any regulatory agency , May I have your region measures in USA if possible for Diesel.

There are US national standards set by the EPA for all regulated materials, start at www.epa.gov

Each individual state and political area can establish their own limits as long as the federal limits are met so there can be hundreds.
