2 versions (different layout) of the same Quality Policy

Hi Everyone;

Is it possible to have 2 versions of a Quality Policy? The text/policy itself would be the same, but one would be for Internal use (including document code, versions, etc), and one would be for External use (just the text but with the company logo slapped all over it).

This is the first document in our new quality system and I want to manage it properly, but Marketing have designed it to be mainly for customers... and Marketing probably won't have much input to any of the other documents. How do you manage this?

For my part, I'd simply consider the "logo paper" a variety of paper.
So, if you print on white paper or pink paper but have identical text - the version is the same.

Similarly, if you have some hard copies and some electronic copies, but the text is identical, the versions are the same.

Those aren't different versions, they're just different looks. Which is just fine. THey'd only be different versions if they had different content. Which would not be a good idea. :nope:
