I couldn't delete them, and didn't want to pester anyone to delete another poll on this vitally important thread, so I changed them to, essentially, "other" - one from the USA point of view and one world view.
We did our time with Culpepper, he is gone and will never return to Minnesota. All we need is somebody who is able to hand the ball to Adrian Peterson, and throw a couple of short passes now and again.GO VIKINGS

The Pack will beat the Vikes. All teams have to do is shut down Peterson. Jackson is NOT the answer at QB and until they get an answer they'll be bridesmaids...

Is that all just shut him down, maybe you don't remember who Peterson is HE IS THE GUY WHO RAN FOR 296 YARDS against San Diego last year in a single game. He says he is going to break the 2000 yard mark in this his second season. Yea let the other teams shut him down when they do I'd be able to pass for 4 or 5 touchdowns a game because the whole defense will be needed to shut him down. GO VIKINGS

In 1977 Walter Payton ran for 275 yards in a game against the Vikings (1800+ for the season), the Bears won the division and were trounced by the Cowboys in the first playoff game. You need more than a great running back, I think.
So who is going is going to rise to the top this year? Is Seattle going to send Holmgren out on top? Will the Giants make another run? Is New England getting old and fading? Will San Diego finally get over the hump?
Will there be a surprise? I'd like to see some opinions....
Da Bears are clearly the greatest team the world has ever known, and will triumph over their worthless and weak NFC opponents, and beat their AFC opponents by a score of approximately 74-0 (eclipsing their 1940 NFL championship win of 73-0 over the worthless and weak Redskins, which victory still stands as the most lopsided in NFL history).

Da Bears? You mean Da jokes of the Midway right. They will have a hard time beating the lowly Lions. I agree the NFC North is weak with the exception of the VIKINGS. They have the#1 run defense and they added Jared Allen the # 1 pass rusher in the NFL last year. The VIKINGS will take the NFC North to the Super Bowl this year. (My friends from Sicily gaurantee it.)
