5S Implementation in Cement Factory

Hi,

This is my first post in this forum...
I want to implement 5S in Cement factory, can any one help me in flow chart, labeling , supporting xlsfiles or software with Presentation.

Is 5S the first improvement initiatives for the cement factory? If so, may I know why you chose to start with 5S?

To give generic presentation on 5s & benfits

then to promote 5s may be starting with the 1S & 2S in the office area or admin block in Draw , racks & file storage area. then further displaying the change before and after ,


then in work areas in phased manners in stores , maintainence, inspections / lab areas , production areas
