6.3.1 further states:
Methods shall be developed and implemented to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of existing operations.

The plans from the multidisciplinary approach are businees plans, and the effectiveness is measured against the Targets and Objectives from the business plan on an established frequency.
Plus we flow charted each process, and the total showing all process, and how they are linked.

Thanks for the help.
Furtherly, I did looked through the biz plan provided by our management people, it doesn't specifically address quality objectives and tagets (as i understand, they are OTD, ppm..), except they have financial target in it.
What are multidisciplinary approach mean here? would it include PFMEA, control plan stuff? are there any format or necessary factors needed to be included in Biz plan?
Thanks,

This is not necessarily requesting specific quality targets, but business targets which contribute to the overall success of the business, and effectiveness. Items such as Scrap, OEEs, cost reduction plans, customer issues targets, delivery targets, accident rate, turnover rate, etc.
New business planning and dates to start, prototypes, submit for customer approval, mass production. Just some examples
