7.3 Design And Development - Revising old QAM to TS16949 - No design responsibility

I am currently revising an old QAM to TS16949 Spec. The company have no product design responsibility but, however, are responsible for process design. Please could someone enlighten me and inform me of what clauses are applicable and what clauses do not apply. Your help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

The only 2 clauses in 7.3 that can be omitted are the ones that apply specifically to PRODUCT design. 7.3.2.1 and 7.3.3.1

The rest have applicability to your system in process design.

Thank you for clearing this up. I thought I may have got away with further non-applicable clauses but nonetheless I shall endeavour to clarify the company's position on the applicable clauses.
