Does anyone have an example procedure that can be shared that meets the intent of the TS requirement?

You can have a look in the post attachments list, which is also at the top of this webpage (in green).

Normally, a specific M & M procedure is not required for automotive, as it usually doesn't make sense to create such a procedure. In the manufacturing world, specifications (or "objectives") should already exist in accordance with your customer's PPAP requirements specifying things like acceptance criteria, sampling plans and process capability. Most other quality objectives (like the ones for support processes) will usually be defined within your company. All objectives will need to be monitored of course, but where possible, they can be measured.

It all comes down to selecting what specifications / objectives are required (also which ones can be beneficial to track), setting the time periods or intervals needed to achieve them, who is responsible for each item, and taking appropriate action based on the results of your data. And where an item fails to meet those objectives, that is the time to show what kind of correction or corrective action is taken (where necessary) to ensure that the product will meet all necessary requirements before being shipped out. This is, in part, how you will meet the intent of this requirement.

Brian
