I know that the only permitted exclusions for ISO/TS 16949:2002 are related to 7.3 ( it doesn't include manufacturing process design) but How can we comply with this clause if we dont have any customer's requirements about it ?

Thanks

I don't understand the question. Is your company responsible for designing products, or not?

No, we don't.

If we can just exclude 7.3 (all product design related)

How can we comply with 8.2.4.2 requirements ? Can we exclude this clause ?
Also, can we exclude 7.5.1.8 Service reqmts?

( in our case our customers dont have any appearance requirements for our product and we dont have any service agreement with them )

Thanks

TS says: "For organizations manufacturing parts designated by the customer as “appearance items”, the organization shall..."

As the requirement is written, you don't have exclude it. You just say you don't have customer-designated appearance items and you've met the requirement. Same thing with 7.5.1.8.
