8.2.4 in Service Organization - Materials delivery

What can you recommend me about introduction 8.2.4. in the organization which carries out services (For example - materials delivery) ?

In your case 8.2.4 should be “The organization shall monitor and measure the characteristics of the service provided to verify that service requirements have been met”
First you have to know what are the requirements for your “materials delivery” service. Probably some requirements should be “on time delivery” and all other things related to the preservation of the materials.
As the standard says you have to monitor and measure “at appropriate stages of the product realization process”, you must plan inspection activities in order to assure that the requirements you considered before are being achieved.

8.2.4 in Service Organization

Antynio, thanks for your reply. Actually “materials delivery” is only an example of service in my question. I have interest to service as kind of activity at whole (banks, consulting and so on), and I think, that approach of cl. 8.2.4. to various kinds of service is identical. Thus, initially I should execute cl. 7.1. c) ISO 9001-2000 and develop my activities plan concerning "required verification, validation, monitoring, inspection and test activities specific to the product and the criteria for product acceptance".
Can you give an example of execution cl. 7.1 for any service?
