At our facility, we already have a quality system in place (ISO9000 and QS9000). However, there are some aircraft customers very interested in us. The only hang up is that we do not meet the AS9000 standard requirements. We do have a quality manual and procedures covering the ISO/QS side of things. I have a copy of the AS standards right here in front of me. How would you guys do this? Maybe add an appendix called "AS9000 Requirements" or something? I do not want to re-write another whole manual just for a couple of add in statements (I will add BIG to statements). Please assist with any information that you can provide on this subject.
