Adding models to an approved Russian Registration Certificate

Hi everyone. Our company got a class 2a device registered in Russia.
It's a single-use laparoscopic instrument (trocar) and now the boss wants to add some models (Same kind of instrument but with some difference on the features).
Do we have to go thru another long new registration?
