Hello to all,
Here's my issue : some employees have developped different procedures that I don't want to include in our ISO system.
Example : Let's say we have a marketing departement and they would have developped a set of documents for their purposes. Ex. :
- How to publish the company's logo (requirements) on different media (paper, letter headings, t-shirt),
- how to give a sponsorship, etc.
A v-p asked me for help regardind this kind of document control.
I mentionned to him that we should first establish a nomenclature.
Ex. P_ADM-DPT-xxx.y
Has someone faced this issue ?
My fears are :
- Some procedures that should be in ISO system be put in their system ;
- Confusing people ;
- Having trouble defining what is an "administrative procedure".
Could someone give me some tips ?
