Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) Scheme Development

I am about to embark on developing my AEA scheme and was told by an external auditor that IRCA was going through a ?ownership / management structure? transition and may not be offering that services. Is there any chatter to that effect? What are some other CBs recognized globally?
Also: many heartfelt thanks to the Cove. We were recently recommended for AS9100 certification. You've been a great help to me and our organization.
