The AIAG – VDA way of doing FMEA has now done away with calculating the RPN. Instead, the activity leads to evolving Action Priority or AP as High (H), Medium (M) or Low (L). I wish to understand from our learned members, how to evolve ‘Process Control Plan’ from this FMEA of seven steps, so that requirements for Monitoring and System Response (MSR) would get addressed.
