In this para one of the requirements reads:

"Signature of the calibration company representative"

Would like to know if someone had experience with this and what is accepted as a "company representative".

It's up to the calibration company to determine/identify who's authorized to sign their documents.

I know....but they want to have our feed-back (seems we are their only supplier requesting this :rolleyes: )...Personally I would like to be someone from their QA department, but o/c it's up to them.

If it's a calibration lab, they might not have a QA department. If you're concerned, ask the top management of the lab (in writing) who has authority to sign their certificates, and let them know that you won't accept one that's signed by someone else.
