The section dealing with giving employees written contracts is interesting. That makes it really difficult to weed out the dead wood. Other than that. IMHO, its as pointless as the ISO Standard.
Like Claes said, a decent collection of sound advice...My first impresion is that it has some useful basic guidelines in there for very very small companies, typically started and managed by technocrat-entrepreneur types who usually do not know where to begin implementing a QMS.
