Any recommendations for Training Course and software for MSA?

I am looking for a class/seminar that covers
QS-9000 compliance for MSA and in-depth measurement uncertainty discussion. Or maybe two seperate classes to accomplish this. I have experience with measurement studies and I have more questions than answers on how auditors are going to interpret the qs-9000 quidelines. (It seems vague and almost confusing in some cases). I would also like any recommendations on software that can perform all of the studies specified and DOE's.
I am new to qs-9000 so any info would greatly be appreciated.

I know that AIAG has classes on the MSA manual. Stat-A-Matrix also has some training classes. Probably, ASQ has some, too. I think this area is covered by a lot of different companies.
