Anyone have a list of ISO 9001:2008 "Shalls"?

I'm a little surprised at all of the shall-counting. While it's a good idea to take notice of them, aggregating and enumerating doesn't seem to serve a useful purpose. On the contrary, when you're trying to sell people on the idea of a structured QMS, it's probably not a good idea to on the one hand encourage them to participate and on the other hand them a heavy box of "shalls" and tell them indirectly that they're going to have to start carrying that load every day.

I'm rather amused by it too.

Perhaps it harkens back to the time that the prevailing thought was that an organization had to have some sort of document or record to prove they meet the standard.

I view it as an interesting, but amusing effort.
