I have used it in the past - I managed documents in Paradigm 2 and then tested and was about to roll out Paradigm 3 when I had a better job offer.

What did you want to know?

ETA: I was a document controller and worked closely with the quality manager. We were quality assured to ISO 9001 and Rail Safety Act 4292.

was hoping there would more users purely to bounce stuff off system wise that's all.
