API Monogram Procedure example wanted

I am looking into getting our facility licensed for 5CT & 7-1. Does anyone have any procedure examples thye would like to share for Monogram?

I have a good idea of how I'm going to comply for the design package portion.

We are currently Q1 licensed so besides those two things, that should be all I need to be compliant correct?

Were you able to locate a good example, I am working of a 5CT program, and would love to see a go by for the monograming procedure?
