wow very interesting @Thee Bouyyy . we have experienced this kind of situation last years too. yes we still have to submit our response so the API reviewer and commitee (i think) can make fair decision.

@prayudha, In the recent audits and the feedback from my friends who are working in API certified company's express the same....

I hope some auditors have set some target for raising the NC's... (comparing with last audit)...

the reviewer most times will be with auditor in same side, but lets see what will happen with you.
