Read section 5.6.3 (including the changes from addendum 2) again.

Verification is required for ensuring that purchased products (regardless of whether they are critical or non-critical) meet specified purchased requirements. However, for non-critical purchases, there is not a requirement for testing or inspection - a review of the paperwork or another simple check could be sufficient (as long as this is correctly documented in your verification procedure).
