At our factory we carry out AQL on incoming goods, we normally report these using an excel document or by writing on the packing note the results of the AQL and keeping it on file.
I am now trying to create an AQL report form which will make it easier for staff, suppliers or in some cases customers who send free issue goods to read and understand the report form.
Does anyone have any template or report forms I can use as a starting base please.
