Yes Andy, a large part of it was regarding what is to be measured. I couldn't explain him well enough through our process map and while we had measurement, analysis, and improvement on the process map, it was not clear how it interacted with the other core processes. It is out of the loop of the majority of the rest of the core processes with arrow linking the area containing the majority to M, A, and I.
Also, using one our core processes "Manufacturing" as an example, he noted that while we have sub processes that make it up like weighing, mixing, packaging ,etc., things like maintenance, training, gage control were not linked specifically linked to that process.
