Mitsubishi undoubtedly has documented supplier requirements. "Customer-specific Requirements" generally applies to (a) subscribers to ISO/TS 16949 and (b) the company's clarifications or additions to TS requirements.
If your company is pursuing business with Mitsubishi, you might not be able to get access to their requirements until you're asked to quote. Nonetheless, your sales representative might be able to get relevant documents.
