AS9100 - Exclusion for 7.3 Design and Developement as we do not design

I am new to AS9100 and I am working on transition for the company I work for from ISO9008:2001. We currrently have an exclusion for 7.3 Design and Developement as we do not design, but manufacture products to our customers designs. Can I list this as an exclusion for AS9100?

Yep. It's your system, if you do no design, you should exclude it.
