Actually, no. E.g.: There are some specifics like AS9100 section 7 which makes specific mention of project management, verification and validation procedures, and post-delivery support.

If by gap analysis, you mean self-assessment of one's current status against AS9100D requirements, I will share a blank template I use. I only included the first page of the spreadsheet since the AS9100 standard is a document you have to pay for, but I think its use is straightforward. Rows are "grouped" in Excel in the left margin to facilitate collapse or expansion of individual sections. A subsection summary calculation appears at the top of each section.

Mine is similar to John's example. I type the clauses into an Excel worksheet then have columns for processes/departments and just fill it in.
