AS9100C Clause 4.1.1 Requirements Clarification

I require clarifications on the following clause of AS9100C standards:

4.1.1 The organization’s QMS shall also address customer and applicable statutory and regulatory QMS requirements.

How can I address this in the QMS.Any examples ?????

Rev.C adds clarification that the QMS must address Customer & Legal requirements. You can address Clause 4.1 in it's entirety by using a Turtle diagram or SIPOC approach as a means of compliance. A list of Customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements should be included. I've attached a simple turtle diagram with a list attached.

This requirement was simply moved from Clause 4.2.1 to 4.1 (note that there is no 4.1.1; you threw me for a loop there...)

The intent is to bring the requirement up into the QMS level rather than just at the documentation level.
