Friends,
In accordance with AS9101F cl. 3.7 Planned Activities are "The means, methods, and internal requirements by which the organization intends to achieve planned results of a given process to meet customer requirements. Planned activities include conformity to process requirements and maintained documented information".
This term is used when Table 3 - Process evaluation matrix is completed.
Question: what is the difference between phrases: a) "planned activities are NOT REALIZED", b) "planned activities are NOT FULLY REALIZED", c) "planned activities are FULLY REALIZED"?
Can anybody provide examples of NOT FULLY realized activities against the planned activities (NCRs raised during process audit are not taken into consideration, because it is a simple case)?

An example of a process not fully realized: an organization has 236 inspection, measuring & testing devices, which have to be calibrated in accordance with a pre-determined frequency. Some gages should be calibrated every 3 months and, when you assess the gage calibration process, you determine that 10% of the gages which should be calibrated quarterly are only being calibrated yearly, despite heavy usage. So, the (process-required) activities are 90% realized, but not fully (100%) realized.

Plan - address and resolve all (100%) customer complaints in two weeks:

a) "planned activities are NOT REALIZED"
50% of all complaints processed in 3 weeks

b) "planned activities are NOT FULLY REALIZED"
98% of customer complaints were processed in 2 weeks, but a few fell outside the envelope (and hopefully have records of action or correction).

c) "planned activities are FULLY REALIZED"?
100%

Good examples, many thanks!
it's curious that if planned activities are realized on 98% (for example), NCR has to be raised in accordance with cl. 4.2.2.5.2 of AS9101F!

Sure!
I'll try to search threads with the term softgrading. Good idea!
In fact, it is very important topic, because might lead to significant increase of NCRs as a result of process audit using AS9101F Standard.
