Hi,

Our Company doing Trading and Distribution of Aerospace and Military spares and Materials.

We would like to fix and measure Purchase department performance for our AS9120 Certificate objective purpose.

Please advise anyone can help me for this requirement.

We use OTD & Quality. Generate a score card quarterly with 50 points awarded for OTD and 50 points for quality. Grade them out of 100 just like any other test.

First - Meet the requirements of AS9120 Clause 8.4 (in short OTD and Quality)

Second - Watch out for the "Fat finger syndrome" - that means how many errors are committed in ordering the wrong part by including the wrong digit, ordering more or less than required or the wrong part.

Third - Look at your software and make it work for you - listen to your employees or associates to find out the pending issues of the software and use it as opportunity for improvements.
