AS9120 stockist now able to work with Airbus sub contractors?

Hello everybody:bigwave:, I hope that somebody will be able to answer my question. :)

I work for a stockist of titanium, AS9120 approved and we have always held Airbus approved materials. Recently, we have seen an influx of business from customers who were previously unable to buy from us, as we are not Airbus approved. Many customers are now saying that the policy of Airbus has changed - ie companies can purchase from an AS9120 stockist providing the material is from an Airbus approved mill.

What I want to ask, does anybody have a written source for this change in the policy?
