AS9120B annual recert

Our current AS9120B cert was issued in 2020 and expires in 2023. We did our annual recert in 2021 and the cert was "reissued" with expiration still in 2023. We are closing the operation in 2023 and if the scheduled annual visit by CRB is cancelled, will IAQG revoke the current cert? Since the business is closing, there is no concern on having to recertify in the future. Any input is appreciated.

will IAQG revoke the current cert?

Good news and bad news:

no, the IAQG will not revoke the certificate. Simply because they don’t issue them.

The CB will revoke the certification if the surveillance audit is not carried out by the deadline.
