Thank you, but, there is only one Post from 2010. the rest are old. I was wondering if there is any latest suggestion/opinion.

The Body of Knowledge for which any ASQ certification exam is based is generally reviewed on a five (5) year cycle. Therefore, the content for most ASQ certification exams is reasonably stable. From the ASQ certification website,

How the Certified Quality Manager Evolved into the Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence

As we all know, the role of quality professionals is evolving at all levels, and the role of the Quality Manager is no exception. To acknowledge this change, and to broaden the scope of the examination, the Quality Management Division surveyed current Certified Quality Managers and other recognized subject matter experts.

The survey results indicated that not only has the Body of Knowledge for Quality Managers changed, but the name of the program itself must be updated to reflect the broader scope of this position. With the approval of the ASQ Certification Board, the Certified Quality Manager program will become the new Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), effective with the March 2006 administration.

Therefore, it is possible that the BOK could change within the next year (probably March 2011 or later). My opinion though is that any changes will be less than during the previous cycle in which the CQM was transformed into the CMQ/OE.

Just my opinion, but I believe there are many certified individuals that are happy to help, but you have to show some initiative. Too often, the same contributors have to answer the same questions. So, as Marc recommended, why not review the previous thread on this subject and submit more focussed questions so that current CMQ/OE certified individuals can more easily respond.
