My company is scheduled for an Audit by one of our Customers, (we are the supplier.) What type of confidentiality agreement should I have in place to ensure that they do not retain any of our propriety information? This company in the past has seen our processes and then created their own and we lost their business for that product.
I have been a Lead Auditor for over 7 years now and this will be my first customer/supplier audit.
Do any of you have a confidentiality agreement in place for these audits??
