Would anybody have a detailed document/protocol which would describe best practice Auditing Standards for an organisation operating in energy sector.
Of particular interest is the whole area of auditing a gas network utility throughout its entire asset lifecycle, including design, construction, Operation and Maintenance, Modification, repair, decommissioning and abandonment. Also of interest would be Risk Assessment, Incident & Accidents, Document and Data control, procurement, Human Factors, Emergency preparedness, change control, communications etc.
