Hi I feel your pain also. I am the Internal auditor for our company (small 44 employees) automotive, military, OEMs for customers. I have a list of about 50+ customers and am in the process of reviewing and adding CSRs to my audit information.

I ran into a question and was hoping you could help? Hope this is ok to ask a question within your response. Haven't been on site for a long time 2008 last time.

I have one customer (military) that is asking us as the supplier to establish, implement and maintain documented procedures which shall detect and or preclude the use of counterfeit / used parts. We are design responsible for all components used in assembly of product we sell to this customer.
Would like to know where you feel this falls into ISO/TS 16949: 2009 clauses. I have several ideas but would like to know your thoughts. I have also discussed with our Quality Manager, Engineering manager and Purchasing. Thanks for your help. CC

It is customary that the CSRs should be identified by sales force at contract review stage. The sales usually find many excuses that they haven't done so, but... there is really no way around it. If you don't have the CSRs stated, how can your engineers design the process? I used to have a list of customers with hyperlinks to all identified CRSs. And yes, I see much sense in auditing the CRS during internal audit, it is often a mine field. Besides, TS requires the customer representative whose task is to ensure that the CSRs are addressed (5.5.2.1). If you happen to be in this lamentable position, then... hmm, try to push the sales to provide the input.

Thanks for responding. I am new to posting on this site and have not been on since 2008. I replied to a post hoping to get some feedback.
In response our Sales does contract review and they notify me (Internal Auditor) if they find updated Customer Specific requirements.
We are a small company and we all wear several hats within the company.
We were sited in one of our TS audits that we were not showing evidence of auditing Customer Specific. I have been given the job of adding our Customer Specific requirements to my audit reports.
I have just posted a new thread under forum for (Internal auditing -customer specific requirement "supplier shall have documented procedures to detect or preclude the use of counterfeit / used parts.

No, I do not have a current version, but based on that layout, you should be able to update it based on the latest CSR's.

Stijloor is right that you should be able to update the matrix. So here is a website which has all the Customer Specific Requirements. I got this from the Cove and shared it with my CB. My CB was happy because there wasnt anything in her "toolbox" that shows current CSR. If your specific OEM is not listed in this site, send them a note.
