Auditing the Software in a company - What we have installed - Seeking Form

I am about to undertake an audit of a Company supplying a computerised control system and wondered if anyone had a typical software audit checklist they could let me have. In particular I will be looking at change control.

I can't give you exactly what you're asking for, but we did discuss auditing of an IT dep in the thread Data Center Audit. Hopefully you can find something of value there, to start things off.
