Allan J,
Taking into consideration the successful downloads of the mapped format of your work; would it be useful to expand and dig deeper into the tools and techniques of the Task process approach for those who wish to learn more?
I would be pleased to be involved regarding further mapping.
Wallace.
Thank you, Wallace, for raising this question. In fact, as you are aware, there is a lot more information in "Management Audits" 3rd edition. And, for those who wish to look into applying the "Process Approach" aka the "Task Element" approach, I developed in the 1970s and now in world wide use, they might want to get hold of 2nd edition, "Meeting ISO 9000 in a TQM World", which I wrote in 1994 which addressed every part of the (then new) edition of ISO 9000 family of standards. Chapter 4 is entitled "The Process Approach", though ISO 9K at the time was nowhere near adopting my approach. That describes how to install the approach and a variety of associated tools etc that may be of use.
I am the publisher of that latter book, but I have withdrawn it from the market. Copies can still be obtained from Amazon on the used market, though I have a few (and I mean a few) new ones left in store.
As an alternative, interested people could attend one of my seminars or even contact me for further information.
As always, Wallace, your interest in and support for this well proven method of organizing quality programs and auditing - now some 30 years old, since I developed it - is most appreciated.
