Trying to get something for free is not "arrogance"...it's business. And business to business relationships aren't personal.
The 'arrogant guys' don't really care any more than you do.
They have a job to do, you have a job to do...then you go home with your paycheck and live real life.

Umm...the PPAP level just specifies what is submitted to the customer. You have to complete all the appropriate elements and have the ones not submitted available for the customer.
