Anyone using this method for performance measurement? I came across it in looking for some tools for developing measurable objectives. Any comments? Or other suggestions?

There are already threads on this forum about BSC - look around.
There is also pleant on the web.

Warning - this is not just a measurement system, it is a whole business structure approach. If you want a quick and easy performance measurement setup, I'd forget this option.
